I talked with George Waller at Strikeforce today. I asked him whether the Blocksafe STO was for accredited investors ONLY. He said yes.
Note that accredited investors are not registered with the SEC, nor do they receive any certification. But instead their financial status is verified by the individual companies they invest in.
You can qualify as an accredited investor by:
1) Having $200k income (or $300k with a spouse) for the last 2 years.
OR
2) Having a net worth of $1 million in assets, excluding the value of your primary residence.

I asked George when the Blocksafe tokens would be available for purchase by us regular (non-accredited) folks on exchanges. He said the tokens would be available to consumers in about a year. and that Blocksafe was working now to set up deals with five of the best exchanges (which he can’t name right now) where you could purchase them.
BUT, even if you aren't an accredited investor right now, keep in mind that as a soon-to-be newly-minted SFOR millionaire, you may qualify as one very soon (under #2 above) as you might have assets valued over $1 million that can be verified (to Blocksafe) by your broker or CPA.
So, If you want to buy Blocksafe tokens, and you do become a millionaire soon, you may not even have to wait a year to buy them!
