I asked Rory if SC's revs would be included in our 10K and his reply just now was this "This just from Rory in response to my question about if SC's revs will be in our 10K "SC revs won’t be in the 10-k as we haven’t closed yet BUT it will be in the S-1A, including a combined pro Forma and that will be filed at or about the same time as the K. Also the name change will be part of it becoming effective on Monday.."
