Can you please tell me if there is a "DTCC Chill" on TYTN? The subject keeps coming up so I would like to get an answer from the source. We recently went through a reverse split and it was my understanding that all issues needed to be cleared before the split would be executed. Etrade tells me there is no "Chill", but TD Ameritrade is telling their clients there is a "Chill"
