Rocky Mountain High Brands (OTCMKTS:RMHB) And RCH Grupo’s Subsidiary CBD Life Releases Details Of Their Agreement

Rocky Mountain High Brands Inc (OTCMKTS:RMHB) has given an announcement on an update of their agreement with RCH Grupo’s subsidiary CBD Life.

The wellness and health company received their first purchase order from CBD Life on December 28, 2018. CBD Life also gave a deposit for the initial test run for approximately 2 million cans of California black Tea, Rocket High, and California Lemonade.

Meeting with CBD Life representatives

On 15th January 2018 CBD Life had its representatives meet officers of the Rocky Mountains High Brands. The officers who attended the meeting at Rocky mountain headquarters in Dallas included the Chief Operating Officer, Board Members, Director of Business Development and the Director of Investor Relations.

The purpose of the representative meeting was to gain a better understanding of the status of Rocky Mountain High on CBD Life’s first purchase order. The meeting was equally to set the expectations of the purchase orders expected for the rest of the year.

CBD Life permit for CBD infused drinks in Mexico

The CEO and president of Rocky Mountain High Brands, Michael Welch, stated that when they met CBD Life representatives in their offices, Univision Television Network reporters had interviews with the CBD Life officers regarding a developing story about them receiving an exclusive permit for CBD infused beverages for the whole of Mexico. They also discussed the agreement between the two companies.

The Univision Dallas videos are usually available on the Univision global network. The Univision is expected to be on air in February following the first film production run for California lemonade, Rocket High and California black tea drinks for CBD Life.

Rocky Mountain has so far opened a different bank account as per the terms of the Master manufacturing agreement and have equally signed a five year co-packing deal with Optimus Fulfill. The company has also ordered aluminum cans, packaging material, the standard ingredients as well as labels for the production run. Specialty ingredients including CBD for the production run have an order already placed.

The production run is on schedule and once finished the beverages will be delivered immediately to CBD Life.
