Yeah this is the concern of mine as well. Which is why I encouraged others to reach out and ask him to clarify this issue. The “phones” have supposedly been with distributors for months. Mr. Keer stated in his letter emphatically that phones were with distributors in September. If you can’t count that’s four months ago and with Melanie on board for over six months you would think they would be able to find some distributors or make some sales overseas as well.
My fear is that we will see phones Thursday but have an unknown amount of time until consumers can purchase them. IMO there is little excuse to keep folks waiting longer. What has Utopya been doing for over a year?? Why haven’t they found distributors when they have been out to them for well over four months, at least. Has Melanie done anything in regards to sales? It’s great having contacts but if those contacts don’t equal sales/contracts than it doesn’t matter one bit.
I think Mr.White would be smart to give a SUBSTANTIAL update about phone availability this week, not just simply put on the website. We have seen that move before in April, it didn’t help.
