Cleaning technology will help eliminate pathogens that impede growth and stimulate yields
SALT LAKE CITY, Jan. 29, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- EnviroTechnologies International, Inc., a publicly traded company (OTC Pink, Symbol: ETII) that develops and markets green, natural and organic products for diverse industries, confirmed today that it is preparing to introduce new technology to licensed cannabis growers in the northwest that will help eliminate growth-impeding pathogens and stimulate harvest yields.
The positive effects and growing acceptance of medicinal hemp, CBD and other cannabis products have been widely discussed in all news venues. The passage of the Farm Act late last year greatly expanded the development and distribution of CBD and hemp products nationwide. “What hasn’t been covered as much is the potential and existence of fungal and contaminants that are prevalent in nearly all phases of plant growth, harvest, and post-harvest product processing of hemp and cannabis,” said Gaylord Karren, ETI’s President. “Mold and fungal presence in grow rooms as well as outside grow facilities is not only dangerous but also negatively affects the plant’s growth cycle, killing large portions of the crop and leaving bacterial residue on the plants and facilities.
