It appears my post came across being negative. No it is a constructive criticism. The product and future enhance product they are working is great and save many lives. But these little stuff our CEO ignores is very important to shareholders and the stock price. This is where he need help. Even someone working part time like 20 hours a week to help him. Someone very knowledgeable not fresh out of school.
