VF was complaining about the Clear Trust T/A not being setup yet?
Pacific has been in that program less than 6 months months. The company said Pacific only provided them electronic access to records after Labor Day. It looks like they are NOT the top shelf of large transfer agents. So Pacific Stock Transfer Company was fired "for cause" according to the Company press release.
No one can convert debt notes even if they existed and the company said those were mitigated. The share structure can't change up down or sideways until the new T/A has the old records from Pacific. I don't see a problem with that.
I suspect it has been a while because everyones lawyers must be involved. Pacific was fired for "cause" along with the Reg A+ lawyer. Pacific has had significant management turnover and the new guy is an unknown.
