IMO, The Lower Court Transcript shows that Judge Kronstadt failed to look at the 50 plus claims where SecureAuth was infringing on three patents and misapplied the Alice 101/35 rule to claim 54 by not even considering the other claims. He will now be forced to apply the law correctly because the Appeals court will now instruct him on how to proceed and will be watching to make sure he does before closing the case!
