I have not figured out why TDAmeritrade takes 3 full days to clear deposit funds, when Fidelity can clear funds instantly at no cost. Speaking of clearing funds, the time to buy is certainly now. I don't care what RS price you come up with, or non RS price, these are bargain basement prices that only a fool neglects.
