What time frame do you see for it coming to the public via all stock brokerages? I take it there will be many T+0 platforms brokerages will use around the world.
Cynical as I am, I can only imagine the dollars flowing into many pockets from Congress on down, judges, federal workers, etc, etc. to delay or impede in any way this type of platform to become widespread.
