Hoops, I'd say you were dead on if this stock was going to remain on the BB, but they have imminent plans to uplist, which probably means they have to maintain at least 3-4. Joe must know how to do accomplish that, am I am trusting him. They just couldn't suffer the ignominy of getting delisted from the Nasdaq again once they get back there.
