I respectfully disagree. I have seen others call him a crook and a cheat, and call ONCI a scam- and we do not have the information needed to make those claims nor do I agree with them. However, I have done my DD on this device and know about the distracted driving epidemic well. In my opinion, there is no reason for all of the missed deadlines, delays, and unprofessional behavior. In my mind,that equates to incompetence. You are right- that is my opinion, but it is supported by the fact that the share price is in the .002’s.
