Most don't see that as a nice conversation! If it

I know how you feel man, and I've been there, but at this point though, I haven't as much as a shred of doubt left. Though we'll not be privy to specifics until the deals are inked, management has reassured me that "they are looking at various avenues for share reduction right now".
I've been predicting this for a long time now anyhow, because they've wiped out their debt and I knew they would be able to produce very large contracts, as well as the fact that they are working primarily in a market not only predicted to be huge but which is already demonstrating phenomenal growth, a combination that banks will surely see as a very safe investment now that the farm bill passing has provided for legalization of hemp products.
This means it won't be long and they will be able to make major reductions to the authorized and the outstanding share counts.
Anyhow, the reason you get lash back for a post like that is because you're posting negative and "doubtful or worried" sounding comments on the publicly viewed board, even though I and others have repeatedly addressed the likely path of the common-share-loaded management team as far as share structure.
Makes no sense unless you're trying to manipulate the pps down for scooping. Not a respected tactic. Not saying you ARE, but you should address these questions we've all heard way too many times anyhow, directly to management, or to one of us in a private message so it at least doesn't appear that you're trying to manipulate the price with the Chicken Little strategy.
In order to relax about it, you really need to stop gauging the company's success by the near term pps. In no way does it reflect the value we'll see as this story unfolds throughout 2019. I understand these questions coming out early last year, but not so much at this point, especially not by anyone who's been reading our posts regularly.
I'm sure that due to where the pps is and the inability for some to understand why it's still where it is, they really don't trust us any more than they do LieHubbers, but at least take your buy-in to the gloom & doom they're pounding the pulpit with over at LieHub and go PRIVATE with it, pleeeeaaaazzzzzzz!!
I'll usually share more privately than I will publicly, depending on my not being suspicious of someone as possibly a shorter or stealth basher. Also, I won't take it public unless the company says I have their blessings to do so, and that doesn't pertain to "material" info because they don't share that anyway. It's getting so they need to use more stealth to keep the bashers/shorters guessing, for the good of us all, so it pertains to anything they consider 'sensitive" since it could be used against them and/or the stock value.
