What I have learned over the years, it appears the bashers are mostly shorters that want a stock to fail. They bash a stock to make people not want to buy they stock so the can short it and make money as they crash a stock price.
Bash and short to make money is there bottom line. The shorters want to make you think they're the good guys advising you to be careful. What is really going on IMO is they're frustrating you to sell at their short position benefit. It is easy to say the sky is falling when you are the bad guy shorting the stock price down...
