Tilray, overstock.com and many other stocks have moved faster than many OTC companies. The problem with these stocks that move fast upwards regardless of being on the OTC or the big boards, they always come falling down but historically speaking the OTC stocks fall harder and faster.

Supply and demand are key contributors to the movement of the stock. Right now on the OTC there is more supply than demand with FUSZ if not we would have already been at 4$ as this uplist has been evident since last August. If we reverse split to the nasdaq your creating more demand from institutional investors vs supply by cutting the amount of shares. You are also creating a new cusip so the shorts get squeezed which helps bring the RS to a minimum.

That’s 1 strategy. There could be another plan to grow the sp organically but how can you do so over the next month with ensuring it doesn’t fall back down. If memory serves me correctly the SP has to stay above 4$ for 20 days hence the D at the end of the ticker when a company uplists ? Also if the plan is to uplist and acquire sound concepts at the same time while doing the offering, if we grow organically at 4$ the market cap is roughly 800MM, does AGP feel the same? If we uplist and they say well the offering is 1.50$, our sp will drop back down and risk moving back to the OTC.

I like having this conversation because I like hearing different thoughts on how we will uplist.

My thoughts are if we hear that the offering has been canceled and JP Morgan is loaning the 20MM, an organic growth is more than likely, if they don’t it all depends on what AGP feels is a fair value.
