Ok, let’s say a 10:1 RS is carried out in order to uplist. Is 20 million shares enough to create liquidity on Nasdaq? I realize it could create a massive increase in pps (if the demand is there), but I just don’t see how that share volume makes sense if institutional investors want large holdings. I obviously haven’t looked at all the companies listed on Nasdaq, but the ones I have that just seems pretty small. So, can a company authorize more shares or does a forward split need to happen to raise the total number of available shares? Appreciate the insight...
