Excellent post Maui, thanks for sharing. Even for guys like me that don't post a lot, this board feels like family. I try to read everything and appreciate everyone's contributions, and wish I was able to contribute more.
I didn't vote for or against the RS simply because I don't know what else Rory has up his sleeve. I wish there was a 3rd button to click if you're on board with whatever Rory decides is best for the Company. It's insane that we're sitting here at .585 with everything we know.
I do think that the SP can rise here significantly, although it might be naive to think that we can get to a healthy NASDAQ price without an RS. Redspeed has a stunning list of PRs yet to be released, and I believe the last two weren't on there. Makes you wonder how many more surprises Rory has in store. I don't doubt that there are more. The SP could also explode with a PR that simply contains the words "Salesforce" or "Microsoft", but is it best to release that kind of news on the OTC in hopes of getting the SP up and minimize an RS, or get to the NASDAQ and release it there when a better crowd of investors has their eyes on us? Glad we've got Rory and his elite BOD/BOA to make that decision.
Whatever path Rory and team chooses to get us on the NASDAQ, I'm all for it. He's building an empire and all I have to do is watch him do it. I think the continued discussions on the board about a possible (likely?) RS have been a really good thing, and have helped a lot of investors see that if it happens, it's not the end, it's a path that will lead to something much bigger and better. Yeah, the path might get a little bumpy and I'm perfectly fine with that. I'm not sure who said it, maybe redspeed, but "it's not like Rory's hoping to recover an onside kick". That resonates. They KNOW what they're doing.
