great description of what to watch out for when doing DD in the otc. luckily for our situation with ONCI we know the reasoning for gag order as posted on here yesterday so there are always exceptions to the rule. Our TA has been ungagged this whole time up until a day or two ago which tells me share reduction is in the bag. Would be best announced from CEO then a shareholder finding out and causing speculation. Go ONCI
