I checked my email archive and my activation key, directions and PDF invoice receipt came from element 5 Notification [noreply-eng@element5.com] or “My Commerce....a Digital River Company”. The email came immediately upon credit card authorization of my order. I did not, however, use PayPal, so maybe that’s the reason for your delay. Like the others have said, check your spam or junk files...maybe its hiding there.
