For what it’s worth, I have seen and continue to see red flags with Steve Berman. He seems to play on emotion and continues to hold his shareholder’s captive on emotion. A large part of the formula with trading stocks should be built around mathematics, unfortunately that is prevented due to the questions regarding what is fact and what is fiction. In my opinion, Steve Berman is a penny stock CEO with a bag full of tricks. I have yet to see proof of much with the exception of the DELAWARE debt settlement. I can look back and see many lies which have been overlooked and renamed. Personally, I’ve never met the man, but as an investor I find him inept as a CEO. If his numbers can be validated through an audit I can say he is a good/solid salesman. I’m concerned and continue to watch closely, my concern is whether or not he is an honest business man.
