I never believed organic would happen. In fact, I've stated pretty clearly that a RS will happen. Rory has to free up the shares to move this business forward and to make space for the warrants and options.
Also, I don't see the news we've received so far as "epic". However, I think there is epic news coming.
I am simply hoping we can get to between 1 and 2 before the RS. Why, because my average is in the 50 cent range and I'd like to see this stock have a solid base above a dollar, giving me plenty of profit before a RS. Why do I want that? Because RS can suck and the dilution can hurt if this takes longer than anticipated, so it's nice to have some cushion.
Either way I'm in, and will be along for the ride. Am simply expressing my preference.
Anyway, just my perspective.
