All the top traders in the OTC were too busy on multiple other runners from my Watch List today or on their own scanner spots to be distracted with the basher / manipulator games.
Suffice it to say, there are enough funds on the bid at .0003 to take out all the .0004s and .0005s when applied to the ask at any time of their choosing.
