Ah so you are here. I can call you out with a bit

It is never confirmed or denied that he spoke with "Leo Ehrlich, CEO of Innovation Pharmaceuticals", he just tells us to call Leo at IPIX to verify. Leo will of course disavow any of his claims. His words are carefully crafted to not claim anything illegal. The words are not quite a lie, but the truth you hear is not the truth he told, so to speak. Unless of course it is clarified explicitly that those tidbits of information came from "Leo Ehrlich, CEO of Innovation Pharmaceuticals" and "Innovation Pharmaceuticals Management", in which case either he is comitting securities fraud or IPIX management is inappropriate in their disclosures (as BlueFin notes, very unlikely).

Do you believe everything you read?
When the company provides guidance to $1 billion/year B-OM market opportunity in a PR on Dec 17 and then you claim on a public forum on Dec 30 that Leo privately told you $150 billion/year was the highest estimate by a potential suitor, I call BS. If Leo at IPIX actually said this to you I will confirm it with him as this is very material information that needs to be disclosed properly and immediately.
Go over there any clarify that "Leo Ehrlich, CEO of Innovation Pharmaceuticals" or "Innovation Pharmaceuticals Management" told you this information and stop the word play. You won't though because you know it is a lie and don't want to be held liable for it.
