Looking at L2, there are people or a group who do not want the price to go up.
1 mil block at .0022 from CDEL
A PR and/or news and/or filings and I still firmly believe we will see a huge "gap up" to .03 to .05
All those who have been selling are in for a "shock" as not only will we never see anywhere close to these prices again - the amount of shares available to buy will be small and people will have to "chase".
