Rocky Mountain High Brands Announces SEC Form 8-K Filing for Co-Packing Agreement and Second Amendment to Master Manufacturing Agreement with CBD Alimentos SA de CV
DALLAS, Jan. 25, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc. (OTCQB: RMHB), a fully reporting lifestyle brand management company specializing in high-quality health and wellness products, announced today that the Company filed a Form 8-K with the Securities and Exchange Commission ("SEC"
. The Form 8-K discloses the terms of the five-year co-packing agreement with Optimus Fulfill, LLC and the terms of the Second Amendment to the Master Manufacturing Agreement with CBD Alimentos SA de CV.

Michael Welch, President and Chief Executive Officer of Rocky Mountain High Brands, Inc., stated, "This has been an exciting week for Rocky Mountain High Brands. The Company executed a five-year agreement with Optimus Fulfill, LLC, creating a relationship with a co-packer located 25 minutes from our Corporate Office. The leadership team at Optimus Fulfill is currently expanding their production line to meet our anticipated volume requirements for the following beverages:

-- California Lemonade
-- California Black Tea
-- HEMPd Beverages

Mr. Welch continued, "This is the first time the Company has executed an agreement directly with a beverage co-packer. The Company previously engaged a third party outsource service to manage our supply chain and co-packing. The third party executed agreements with suppliers and co-packers and billed the Company various fees for their outsourced oversight services. Managing the supply chain and co-packing internally gives the Company greater control over its production at much lower costs."
Mr. Welch continued, "We met with the officers of CBD Life in Dallas last week and addressed the need to create and execute a Second Amendment to the Master Manufacturing Agreement with CBD Alimentos SA de CV. The Amendment assigns the agreement to CBD Life S.A. DE C.V. and modifies agreed upon purchase requirements for the remainder of 2019. All remaining purchase requirements should be finalized by the end of April 2019. We also agreed that we would assign the U.S. Trademarks applied for Rocket High, California Lemonade, and California Black Tea to CBD Life once they are issued by the U.S. Trademark Office. We are in discussions with CBD Life on their plans to launch Rocket High, California Lemonade, and California Black Tea in the United States."
