I posted these questions yesterday. Let's see if I have it right today.
GNBT shares have to be held until 2/25 in order for the seller to get the NI-O div. shares. If shares are sold between 1/28 and 2/25, the buyer gets the div.
There will be no NI-O symbol on 2/25. The symbol will be assigned later along with the uplisting.
NI-O will be on the OTC market along with GNBT until the above occurs.
The assigned pps of NI-O will have no correlation to the price of GNBT on 2/25.
One more question. If I have 4000 shares of GNBT on 2/25, I am entitled to 1000 shares of NI-O. How will those 1000 shares be identified in my account?
