When the seller is paying a 6% commission on a residential property sale (and more on commercial) they demand the most & best exposure possible. We recently sold our home and 90% of the showings are prospective buyers who already saw our listing online. Very few newspaper or magazine ads can compete with the internet MLS. And Realtors / Agents don’t budget for those ads like the old days. It’s all internet ***
Real estate brokers are gonna demand that agents use this tool. Remember that 6% commission is a lot of money at closing and $49 a month is Chicken Feed. I was glad to sell our property, but those commissions take you’re breath away.
