I take no guidance from two penny stock types:
1. the share counters
2. the share price is everything, the only thing crowd.
None of us has any control over shares outstanding or in guiding the company into focusing primarily on share price. If you wish to accomplish this change in focus, for any reason, put together your own slate of directors, get yourself and others who think like you elected, take over the company and change its focus.
Be prepared for Berman, Jagunich, Lyons and Musho to leave the same day you put out your proxy. That means all of the medical device talent, expertise and hundreds of years of experience goes with these men, and it will be impossible to replace them. Musho and Jagunich are already retired and both work with KB free of charge, because KB has vision. But hey, if it is all about stock price the company needs stock jockeys not engineers and medical device general managers. Just ask message board posters like yourself. Why have a business at all. Get rid of those incompetent and corrupt bums.
