I don’t find any problem with him/her vocalizing

I don’t find any problem with him/her vocalizing opinions and concerns. As far as your “armchair CEO” comment toward the poster, how do you know what he/she does for a living, has accomplished professionally/personally, or whether he/she owns a company? I see no personal attacks coming from he/she so the forum is a place to vocalize these type of opinions and concerns regarding the status of the company and the actions of the CEO. Personally, I find it naive for any investor not to re-evaluate their investment along the way considering the changes, progressions, regressions that occur along the way within the day to day business unfoldings.
