I'm thinking some of those wouldn't be able to stomach the psychological factor, already bailed over the last few months except for maybe one or two.
You are right. Doing the deal at .10 would suck. Doing it at $4 would be off the charts. Where is the fair price.
What I've seen with software deals is everyone says you've over paid. That's what they said about the netsuite deal with Oracle. Guess they were dead wrong.
From the outside looking in, we only see a faction to formulate our opinions. Rory, BOD and BOA see it all.
