First off, I’m not sure why you guys are so nervous about this? We’ve been in the stock for so long, I think we can wait another month or two to see how it all plays out. Second off, this is not a spin off… Yet. Eventually it will be spun off, but initially it’s going to be a line item entry on the books giving us dividends of the new entity. The entity will not be public as of yet so it is still be owned by GNBT and it’s shareholders until they ultimately get a shell company for it to go into.
