The truth is that Steve doesn't have the background to be the CEO. Great sales person....I think. Seems like he doesn't have a good grasp of the other business disciplines necessary to "run the show". Communications; Investor Relations; Human Resources/Personnel; Finance; Product Management; maybe even Marketing; are not up to a successful company's standards - and, it shows.
As far as your comment that it is not happening fast enough for the "armchair CEOs", it really doesn't seem to be happening at all. One year to pay off a $1,200 debt is ridiculous. ( I think I gave my college student son more than that - in cash - over Winter break). 1 1/2 years to change the company name is long even by OTC standards. Revenue has not been close to the contract(s) value as PR'd. AN & CM does not seem like they have the demand necessary to triple our revenue. Promised audit was an unforced error. 6th leg is a joke - especially when called a home run by the boss.
