It will be interesting to see what happens. What bothers me is the fact that 40-60K shares being sold can take the price down 50-60 cents before it recovers somewhat. That is on days when there hasn't been significant news flow. What happens when there are 100's of thousands sold when the date comes that people know they will get the spin off shares and there aren't true investors. Will there be demand to pick up shares for the long haul. This is when GNBT's execution of further acquisitions etc will be incredibly important. AE37 news will be something I will be looking for and something definitive on the hospital acquisition.
