Nobody can predict politicians! I admit to you all I believed Congress would do their Constitutional duty "To provide for the common defense" in a timely manner. They did not. Consequently, the dates I believed DOD funds would be reflected in our accounts receivables were wrong. As a former AF finance officer, who did a Pentagon tour of duty, I put out dates that would have been accurate had not our government become dysfunctional. This broken appropriated funding situation was beyond my realm of experience. Sorry.
