How was this site discovered? Where did news of this originate? This could be a fraud site. I hope SIGO distances themselves from it. Just look at the testimonials on the site; they are duplicated, but from different people. The whole thing smells of a scam.
If this site is a scam, then it all starts to make sense.
Could also have been a prototype site, too. Not meant for public view.
