What is the consensus about why we haven't got the

What is the consensus about why we haven't got the funds yet? We know that David mentioned at the end of the year that there was no one available to finish the auditing of the assets for the $10M due to the holidays but that should have been taken care of 2-3 weeks ago. Has something changed in the last 3 weeks? I don't think anyone knows but I thought I would ask because I may have missed it.

I am excited for what is going to happen after we get the funds though. That will be a blast, IMO.
