If anyone read that appraisal report from CBRE they had a figure of 390 lots with ocean views. Perhaps that was just for Phase 1 . They also stated that historical homes sales in Baja for master planned communities was about 40 units per year (per community). That equals 250 years of inventory. Maybe the goal is to sell each buyer 10 lots and let them deal with flipping those lots?
