According to Barkolounger reconstruction was made up by tpac muse as well as some other things. After waiting 2 years since my shares took a nose dive. I personally feel if Bill had something going on it would of happened by now. If something happens later on great but from what i'm seeing this ticker isn't going anywhere soon considering Bill doesn't even communicate with shareholders the direction TPAC is going.
