Now we know why Veneto took shares at $2.50, because if in 90 days the VWAP of GNBT is not over $2.50, they get more shares to make them whole on the $15,750,000. Also, they have the option of taking GNBT stock at $2.50 for the remainder of the note. Also, they can buy up to 1.5M shares of GNBT at $2.50/share. Also, they get shares of Antigen Express (NI-O) and I thought those pooled shares would not share in the spin off.
So, if I was Veneto, I would have taken that deal.
