When the case is reversed by Federal Appeal based on "Alice and our PTAB" ruling, I am confident that all parties will settle ASAP. Treble damages linger in the potential and nobody wants to deal with that kind of math. Strikeforce is in an imminent position. Billions have been made off of its technology. Mark Kay as implied that he is willing to sell part of the company to the right company for the right price.. My feelings we are farther along than we think. The reversal will be telling not 50 days after the oral arguments although that might be the time frame with a written decision may be done by the court.
