shouting scam doesnt make it so- and one court opinion re a state platt staute which stated that shouting scam was just an opinion-which is why a certain group always shouts scam- doesnt change the body of defamation law
the us supreme court standard for defamation even re a public entity is 'reckless disregard for the truth' and the standard for mere mortals is negligence
those standards are continuously violated on these boards
