My original thought was that maybe they had found a major investor to come into the company but this quote rules that out, I believe:
So, if I had to take a stab at it, I would say that the news will have to deal with SWS or some kind of good financial news geared toward the company. I am basing this off of this:
My thought process is that if they are still searching for "such a partner", the only other thing that will "squelch any fears" of ANDI being for sale is actual business proceeds/revenues, or finally some good news on the MTAC or SWS front.
Obviously, i have no friggin clue, and I do want to reiterate my 90% fail rate when it comes to speculating on this company. But, based on the recent information and moves, it's my best educated guess.
