If the Lender converted his holdings into stock and began selling into the market wouldn't that increase the number of shares issued and outstanding?
Anyway, for a guy that claims to have sold his 300 shares some time ago, you behave like someone underwater. How do you maintain a positive outlook in that part of your life not consumed by OWCP?
You might be right about much of what you say but you seem to enjoy delivering bad news or negative assessments, I had a sister like that and then my buddy jumped her bones a couple times and she got better. Maybe you need to find a boy or girlfriend.
I make the aforementioned comments without knowing anything about you other than your posts so I truly have no more basis in my observations than you have when speaking of OWCP.
