Chief Marketing Officer
nFüsz is currently seeking an experienced Chief Marketing Officer to join our team in Southern California.
Who we are: Our proprietary next-generation interactive video technology is the core of our new broadcast and cloud-based, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products. We offer subscription-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM), sales lead generation, and social engagement software on mobile and desktop platforms for sales-based organizations, consumer brands and artists seeking greater levels of engagement and higher conversion rates. Our service is built around our proprietary Video-First notifi-technology, which places interactive video front and center in all customer and prospect communications. About the role: The Chief Marketing Officer will be responsible for overseeing marketing policies and programs (inbound and outbound marketing). As CMO, you will mainly be responsible for developing and implementing new marketing strategies and identifying areas of improvement and to increase brand awareness.
What youll do: • Define marketing strategies to support the companys overall strategies and objectives • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities • Manage inbound and outbound marketing • Oversee the company's marketing budget • Review and optimize marketing budget • Create and publish all marketing material in line with marketing plans • Plan and implement promotional campaigns across a variety of media platforms • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results • Overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity • Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications • Create a wide range of marketing materials • Work closely with design teams and assist with new product launches • Build out marketing team • Ensure all relevant company functions are kept informed of marketing objectives • Analyze potential strategic partner relationship for company marketing • Monitor and report on customer satisfaction Our ideal candidate:
Education and Experience • 4-year college degree (BA/BS) required, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or relevant field; MBA preferred • 10+ years of management experience in marketing • 5+ years in senior marketing role • Experience in high-tech, fast growth start-ups and in public companies a plus.
