How many watched the Assam Cornerstone Ceremony. Yes, its 3 hours long, but there is a ton of info in it "easter eggs" to fill you in on QMC's and AMTRON's intention there.
First thing that impressed me was everyone's composure and positive attitude. Everyone expects great things and is really fast tracking the building. Expect another ceremony in 2-3 months, they say. Almost not worth trading out and in again, don't you think?
It was nice having the national Indian Government speaker there saying whatever Assam needs, they just have to call. He said in effect, Assam says they are taking a quantum leap into the future, but it is really India that is taking a quantum leap. In other words, he believes this project will have national effects for all of India. (I see exponential growth.)
The most amazing thing said was the speaker (I won't tell you which one) who said that six or seven companies had already claimed a space or were building factories in the electronics manufacturing cluster. I posted the other day that Advantage Assam was tremendously successful in gaining MoU from businesses and that there were many commitments - those laying down cash for a deposit for a space. Looks like a lot want to start ASAP.
I can';t wait to find out who is participating in this extraordinary, epic adventure!!!
