RG & BR were the anchor for me & SFOR
They are the best of the best, BR wrote SFORs patents, R&G is Patent infringement litigation "Superman". They both know more about SFOR than anyone. They are all in with SFOR and the strength of its patents.
They are on contingency. "Col. Klink" Kronstat misapplied the law in connection with Alice 101 and SFOR, he didn't do his job and Appeals judges don't take kindly to that! Read recently that Appeal court Judges favor Patent holders.
Just as Microsoft settling with SFOR for 9.5 mil revived SFOR to get to this point.
The reversal will recover all money SFOR should have made the past years, propelling SFOR over the next few years to billions of dollars in damages and revenues and a lucrative buyout. !
It all starts in 10 business days, nothing can stop it now the case has been confirmed today it will be heard despite the govt shut down.
Finally SFOR get the break and its the mother of all break,. (sigh of relief)
The decision will be made and made public perhaps in a day or so after court date 2/4 . The easiest case they will have all year!
Fellow longs It then all changes for us, settlements , Institutional "whales" investors buying chunks of SFOR stock, Sales will improve. No infringing competition.
Perhaps the 50 to a 100 new "settle or stop using SFOR products or go to trial" letters will immediately go out to existing infringers. All PPS popping activity.
Stock buy back will happen after Cisco and 300 to 400 mil SFORs half of damages.
FInally NOW , TODAY we can say we are here! we have arrived! Ropes and Grey will have all their big guns in DC.
Sit back and relax ,(shaking my head) its amusing watching some selling shares , throwing away potential millions , for whatever reason.
Whatever the games will end soon and we will see an end to the foolishness we have been dealing with , with this sideways trading. Glad it allowed peeps to load up. But the train IS leaving the station.
Soon after reversal we will see a nice serious bump in PPS . Perhaps some whale loading up action,
Then with news of a cisco settlement which I think is the 1st to fall, then a loud Kaboom! we will see some breathtaking trading action with returns daily that are insane. Depending on the amount of shares you own but with a million shares or so you will see $25k , $50k, $100k, $400k , $600k, $1mil (yes in a single trading day).
Doesn't matter what happens between now and 2/4/19 no stopping it now.
