Slidely will also be acquired by nfusz.
This is shaping up to be a truly amazing product. One question I have about this PR.
Where are the 750,000 videos coming from? Originally I understood these videos to be available from a partner (Promo by Slidely), however, there is no mention of them in this PR. Furthermore, it explains how they will add videos in the future, and again, no mention of PROMO. There is little chance they can stock the template store with 750 thousand videos by 2nd quarter without Slidely, imo.
Is PROMO a potential acquisition target? Given Rory's hint's of another acquisition and a PR that describes PROMO's business to the "t" one could certainly describe this as reasonable speculation.
If they aren't using PROMO, then PROMO becomes the competition.
I'm intrigued.
My guess, the RS will allow Rory to execute an all stock deal to aquire slidely.
