I believe he is saying that MRMD is a nice deal but we have some other deals lined up and we are not dependant on just MRMD.
Time-Frame is always my main concern. We will make bank here but is it in days? Weeks? Months? I would guess relatively soon. Some filings as an appetizer sure would be nice!
