Keep in mind Joe said he is only spinning off 10% to shareholders and more will go elsewhere, like banks and other investors to raise working capital.
What does that mean? Well that 10% is only going to the 26M shares of GNBT held by investors and not the 34M pooled shares. So 26M/60M is 43.3% of GNBT shareholders are getting 10% are getting NI-O. So right now we own 43.3% of GNBT but will only own 10% of NI-O, so your NI-O May not be worth more than GNBT holdings. Way too many variables to figure that out.
